Legion General | Max Members: 2

A Legion General is the operations master of the Guild. Responsible for inter-guild negotiations, overall ruling of High Council meetings and decisions, as well as the flow of information and global vision of the organization’s future. Working closely with the Consigliere(s) and Advocate(s) the Legion General is required to make crucial decisions as to the requests of High Council and representatives of the membership. Whether behind the scenes or up front in battle, this individual is there to meet the needs of the Guild and the demands of leadership.

Consigliere | Max Members: 2

A Consigliere is the primary advisor to the Legion General. This individual is logical, understanding of Guild politics, organizational vision, and the potential outcome of global Guild decisions. The Consigliere will hear the requests, ideas, and concerns from High Council members and relay strategies to assist and accommodate all parties. In the event of a leadership role absence, the Consigliere has been granted the authority to continue operations as they see fit and act honorably on the Legion General’s behalf.

Advocate| Max Members: 2

The Advocate is vital to Guild life as they are the eyes and ears of the membership. When a member has a concern, idea, request, or general comment, they speak to their Advocate via in-game conversation, in-game mail, or through the Guild Web Site Private Message System. Responsible for hearing the voice of general membership and relaying vital information to the High Council, this position requires patience, detail, and a knack for personal communication and documentation.

High Council | Max Members: 8

A High Council is comprised of loyal members and representatives of our fraternity. Meeting monthly to review the submissions of an Advocate, each member displays the qualities necessary to adequately represent their views. Discussing and voting on Guild policy, events, and overall structural changes, these members have the opportunity to come to agreement and submit information to the Consigliere for review and representation. If an Advocate is unavailable, a member’s class High Council representative is capable of hearing a submission, but not immediately acting. The High Council member who receives a direct submission shall provide written record to the Advocate for subsequent review. In most instances these members may be considered “officers” of the Guild and Representatives of a specific type of Character class, such as Warrior, Cleric, Rogue and Mage.

Dissident | Max Members: 40

Player Vs. Environment Leaders who know the strategies, requirements, loot tables, and the means to conquer any instance or dungeon. These are the planners of raids and groups that members rely upon for near perfect encounters in the name of the Guild. Meticulous and organized, their leadership abilities shine through the success of virtually every event. A Dissident is more than familiar with the guidelines posted in the Group | Raid Ethics Policy and exercises fair judgment if ever an issue should occur. Upholding Guild values, each member of their group or raid, whether Guild member or not, is treated with respect and honor. When entering an instance or dungeon, every person of every Guild Rank will listen close and perform to the best of their ability, while acting as a single unit under Dissident command.

Fomenter | Max Members: 40

Blood-thirsty and craving more, these combatants know every trick in the book when engaging the enemy. Not only familiar with their faction classes, but the enemy’s. A Fomenter is quick to assess the opposition and class balance then relay orders to their team with maximum effectiveness. A quick thinking, clear communicator, this individual is well versed not only in the art of combat, but the battlefields themselves. A Fomenter is an organizer of PVP raiding, whether world-based or instance based, and we as members should be quick to listen and follow. Voice communication may be required and it is up to one of these leaders to inform their group whether it is a requirement, or an option, and provide instruction on how to include those who may not have the capability. With full understanding of the Guild PVP Expectation, the Fomenter leads with honor and respect for members and non-members alike.

Commanded | Max Members: 40

Members of the Commanded typically provide “outsiders” with the first impression of the Guild. This is by far the best rank as its members reap the most reward. Representing the Guild in every way, the Commanded spends most days questing, raiding, crafting, and beating the snot out of our enemies. From casual to hardcore, and with the most numbers, Commanded is a rank filled with diversity. With virtually no responsibility for Guild function, the only requirement is to treat each and every individual, member or not, with the utmost respect and honor. A Commanded does not engage in arguments, does not lower themselves to the level of dishonor, is disciplined, and is vital to the success of the Guild. They are the Order of Laibach.

Declared | Max Members: Unlimited

The perfect class for alter-egos and those with split-personality disorder. Filled with alternate characters, this class abides by the same rules and policies as set by the Guild. A Declared is not required to relay information regarding the identity of their main character, and may be completely anonymous. Switching a main character with a Declared is simple enough, ask your class representative (High Council Member) or an Advocate to move a Declared to the appropriate ranking and replace the main character. Word of warning, anonymity normally is lost by this request.

Punished | Max Members: Unlimited

Disrespect to others, dishonorable actions, direct disregard for Guild Policy, and blatant greed, will land a member here for forty-eight (48) hours. Unable to use Guild chat, these individuals will also lose the right to participate in Guild Player Vs. Player and Player Vs. Environment events. This rank is only utilized after warnings, discussions, and further explanation of Guild procedures.

Pledged | Max Members: 20

Newcomers begin here, and thus begins their journey. A member may remain for weeks in this rank until the High Council votes to promote the individual to Commanded, or until a sponsor steps forward to vouch for the individual. The High Council will look at many factors when deciding the movement from Pledged to Commanded.
